* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Florence Vallo
Florence M. Vallo, 94, Minster, died Feb. 6, 2015, at Dorothy Love Retirement Community, Sidney.
She was born March 25, 1920, in Minster, to William and Frances Sherman Thieman. On May 18, 1946, in Minster, she married Melvin Vallo, who died April 12, 2013.
Surviving are six children, Steve (Judy) Vallo, Tipp City, Mark (Sara) Vallo, New Albany, Mary (Tim) Ahrns, Beavercreek, Joe (DeAnne) Vallo, Loveland, Tom (Jennifer) Vallo, Kohler, Wis., and Martha (Jeff) Barlage, Minster; 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a sister, Irma O'Brien, Centerville, and a sister-in-law, Sally Thieman.
Also deceased are two sisters, infant Doris Thieman and Mildred (Rupert) Gutmann; a brother, Bernard Thieman; and a brother-in-law, Bob O'Brien.
She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, a past member of the St. Augustine Funeral Choir and a volunteer for more than 25 years at Heritage Manor Nursing Center, Minster.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Tuesday and 9-9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
Memorials may be made to the Dorothy Love Activity Fund.
