* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Roode
Mary Jane Roode, 91, New Knoxville, died at 11:38 p.m. Jan. 20, 2015, at Wilson Memorial Hospital, Sidney.
She was born Oct. 14, 1923, near Fryburg in Auglaize County, to John and Emma Jones Keysor. On June 7, 1941, she married Chester C.E. Roode, who died Dec. 23, 1995.
Surviving are four children, Emma Jane (Kenneth) Schrolucke, St. Marys, Jean Ann (Paul) Shirley, Winter Garden, Fla., Dr. Terry (Vicki) Roode, Celina, and Kerry (Teresa) Roode, St. Marys; 11 grandchildren, Sean Shirley, Shane Shirley, Michelle Davis, Janelle Schmitmeyer, Scott Schrolucke, Jonathan Roode, Daniel Roode, Elizabeth Roode, Benjamin Roode, Christopher Roode and William Roode; 11 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
Also deceased are 10 siblings, Nelson Keysor, Viola Webb, Levon Morris, Delmar Keysor, Velma Lindamuth, Irvin Keysor, Doris Fisher, Jack Fisher, Richard Keysor and Dolly McDermitt.
She graduated from Celina High School in 1976 after having raised her family. She graduated from Edison State University in 1980 and became a licensed practical nurse. She began a long career as a nurse at Celina Manor Nursing Home, Lone Pine Nursing Home and Auglaize Acres.
She loved gardening and was a good seamstress. She was very devoted to her children and grandchildren and enjoyed her pet cats very much. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, St. Marys, and taught Sunday school for many years at Kossuth United Methodist Church.
Services are 1 p.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, west chapel, St. Marys. Burial will follow at Willow Grove Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
