* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Glenna Goewert
Glenna G. Goewert, 91, Ansonia, passed away in the early morning of Jan. 21, 2015, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born June 9, 1923, in Buckland, to Frederick and Nora Wells Tangeman. She was married to Earl C. Goewert, who died April 20, 1991.
Surviving are four children, Earl (Virginia) Goewert Jr., St. Henry, Fred (Linda) Goewert, Versailles, Dennis Goewert, Ansonia, and Linda Bulcher, Ansonia; nine grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are a daughter, Beverly Cox; five brothers, Roger, Carol, Robert, Forest and Virgil Tangeman; and a sister, Vivian Zenz.
She was a 1941 graduate of Buckland High School. She was retired from the former Royal Garment Company, Ansonia, where she was a seamstress. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, cooking, baking and gardening.
Services are 10 a.m., Monday at Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home, Greenville, the Rev. Eric Knight officiating. Entombment will follow at Greenville Township Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
Calling is 1-3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials be given to Ansonia Area Emergency Service.
