* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Joan Stammen
Joan M. Stammen, 80, New Bremen, died at 3:40 p.m. Jan. 11, 2015, at Heritage Manor Nursing Center, Minster.
She was born March 20, 1934, in Coldwater, to Edward and Alvina Schenking Hamberg. On July 4, 1957, she married Maurice Stammen, who died Aug. 13, 2012.
Survivors are a brother, Thomas (Patricia) Hamberg, Coldwater; in-laws, Dolores Robbins, Celina, and Harold (Irene) Stammen, New Bremen; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Also deceased are seven siblings, Catherine Hamberg, Howard Hamberg, Thelma Miller, Lavine Wendeln, Ralph Hamberg, Luella Meyer and Donald Hamberg.
She was a member of the Church of the Holy Redeemer, New Bremen. She was a homemaker.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Jan. 24 at the Church of the Holy Redeemer, New Bremen, the Rev. Thomas Mannebach officiating. Burial will follow at German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is 9-10 a.m. Jan. 24 at the church, at which time the rosary will be prayed.
Memorials may be given to the church memorial fund.
