* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Shawn Rammel
Shawn Kay Rammel, 52, St. Henry, died Nov. 24, 2014, at The Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
She was born Oct. 16, 1962, in Phoenix, Ariz., to Milton and Norma Jean Matthews Davidson, who survive in Celina. On May 24, 1986, she married John Rammel, who survives in St. Henry.
Also surviving are two daughters, Lindsey (Tony) Bidlack, Montezuma, and Aubrey Rammel, St. Henry; a grandson, Luke Bidlack; parents-in-law, Jack and Linda Rammel, St. Henry; and in-laws, Sally (Tim) Braun, St. Henry, Bruce (Beverly) Rammel of Florida, Nancy (Keith) Weir, Dayton, Andy (Lori) Rammel, Gordon, Tom (Amanda) Rammel, Muncie, Ind., and Maggie (Ken) Hartings, Fort Recovery.
She was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, St. Marys Saddle Club, Ohio Western Horse Association and a former 4-H advisor of the horse department. She worked at Foundations Behavioral Health and loved camping, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Henry Catholic Church, St. Henry. Burial will follow at St. Henry Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
Memorials may be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
