* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Kathy Fry
Kathy A. Fry, 66, St. Marys, died at 6:34 a.m. Nov. 25, 2014, at her residence.
She was born Sept. 24, 1948, in Buckland, to Delmar and Frances Miller Keysor. On Aug. 18, 2001, she married Arlen "Jake" Fry, who survives at the residence.
Also surviving are a son, Michael Link, St. Marys; two stepchildren, Helen (Brian) Rempe, St. Marys, and Fred (Rebekkah) Fry, New Bremen; two grandchildren, Zachary Fry and Logan Rempe; three stepgrandchildren, Adeleine Whitten, Maxwell Whitten and Lucy Whitten; six siblings, Betty (Keith) Ferrand, Buckland, Eileen Schultz, Wapakoneta, Ted Keysor, Spencerville, Susan (Charles) Meier, Wapakoneta, Becky (Matt) Maxson, Wapakoneta, Laura (Mark) Greenbaum, St. Marys; and numerous nieces and nephews, including Betsy Tucker, Van Wert, with whom she was very close.
Deceased are a sister, Donna Holtzapple; a brother-in-law, Wayne Schultz; and her son, Sam Link.
She was a 1966 graduate of Blume High School, Wapakoneta. She was a registered nurse and had retired from Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys, where she was a critical care nurse in the intensive care unit of the hospital for many years.
She loved to travel, do cross-stitch work, read and attend St. Marys Roughrider sporting events. She will be remembered for her warm, friendly personality and her kindness to others.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, Pastors Bev Hurlburt, Jim Sweigart and Brian Wisner officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens, near Moulton.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Cindy Bruns Scholarship or Grand Lake Hospice.
