* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dolores Vian
Dolores M. Vian, 86, formerly of Greenville, died Nov. 17, 2014, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born March 25, 1928, in Darke County, to John and Mary Kemper Langenkamp. On June 17, 1950, she married Joseph L. Vian, who died Nov. 9, 2004.
Surviving are nine children, Kathy (Jerry) Hoover, West Manchester, Ken (Cathy) Vian, Celina, Dan (Ann Christine) Vian, Rockford, Bill Vian, Celina, Marge (Mike) Kuehner, Fort Loramie, Janice (Roger) Diller, St. Anthony, Helen (Gary) Moeder, New Bremen, Harold Vian, Celina, and Gerald (Lori) Vian, Celina; 21 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are five brothers, Hugo, Werner, Victor, Frank and John.
She was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Osgood. She was a homemaker and an avid shuffleboard and card player. She volunteered for 25 years at Wayne Hospital in Greenville, State of the Heart Hospice and Meals on Wheels.
She and her late husband were the owners of Blue Ribbon Feed Mill in Carthagena. Her most treasured moments were spending time with her family and friends.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Osgood. Burial will follow at St. Martins Cemetery, Osgood.
Calling is 1-6 .m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
