* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Stephen Fennig
Stephen M. Fennig, 57, Van Wert, died Nov. 15, 2014, at his residence.
He was born Oct. 4, 1957, in Mercer County, to Donald E. and Marilyn M. Miller Fennig. His father survives in Van Wert.
Also surviving are three children, Jacquelyn Wolford, Ottawa, Kayla (Noel) Morris, Venedocia, and Derek E. Fennig, Pinellas Park, Fla.; three sisters, Sharon Franklin, Walton, Ky., Leslie (Steven Hughes) Fennig, Fort Wayne, Ind., and Stephanie Fennig, Van Wert; and a grandchild, Blake Morris.
Deceased is a brother, Mark A. Fennig.
He was employed as a diesel mechanic with G.L.M. Trucking, Rockford. He was a devoted father and avid Harley-Davidson and gun enthusiast, and loved animals.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home and Crematory, Van Wert, the Rev. Will Haggis officiating. Burial will follow at noon Friday at St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, Wabash. Friends and family are invited to 220 Wassenberg Drive, Van Wert, at 2 p.m. Friday for food and fellowship.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Thursday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the family.
