* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rodney Stanfill
Rodney G. Stanfill, 58, Celina, passed away Nov. 10, 2014, at Sycamore Medical Center, Miamisburg.
He was born Aug. 10, 1956, in Middlesboro, Ky., to the late Herbert and Virginia Jones Stanfill Sr.
Surviving are a son, Cody (Dina) Stanfill, Celina; two stepchildren, Seth Green and Danielle Green, both of Celina; and the mother of his children, Lisa Millelot, Celina; a brother, Herbert (Rebecca) Stanfill Jr., Bradford; three sisters, Carla Antonelli, Harrisburg, Pa., Rhonda Cullinane, Tucson, Ariz., and Patricia (Joe) Borello, Plantation, Fla.; a sister-in-law, Deb Stanfill, Celina; and six grandchildren, Sofia and Gabriel Stanfill, and Hayden, Gabriella, Madelynn and Bailey Green.
Deceased is a brother, Jerry Stanfill.
He was self-employed as a painter and attended The Lord's Church in Celina. He enjoyed playing the guitar and was a fan of the Cleveland Browns. As an organ donor, he was able to save the lives of three people.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Nov. 21 at The Lord's Church, Celina, Pastor Randy Christian officiating.
Memorials may be given to the church.
