* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rouie Reed
Rouie Reed, 74, Celina, passed away Nov. 3, 2014, at her residence.
She was born April 3, 1940, in Hyman, Ky., to Willard J. and Mayben J. Boggs Haynes. On Aug. 10, 1957, she married Charles Alvis "Charley" Reed, who died July 30, 2014.
Surviving are six children, Lirley Kay (Randy) Kah, Wapakoneta, Tina (Richard) Yaney, St. Marys, Shelby Wilkerson, Coldwater, Charles A. Jr. (Laura) Reed, Celina, Timothy (Cindy) Reed, St. Marys, and Polly Reed, Celina; 24 grandchildren; 57 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Bobby (Linda) Haynes, Rockford, and Oscar (Vicki) Haynes; and a sister, Carol (Jerry) Noll, Celina.
Also deceased are a son, Michael Dwayne Reed, and an infant son.
She had worked as a nurse's aide at the Mercer County Home, where she retired after 30 years of service. Following her retirement, she worked at Shane Hill Nursing Home, Rockford, and Valley Nursing Home, St. Marys.
She was a member of the First Church of God and was a loving mother who stressed God, family and education. She enjoyed sewing baby blankets for her grandchildren and doing needlepoint.
She is now reunited in heaven with her husband and sons.
Services are 11 a.m., Friday at W.H. Dick and Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. A.J. Hamblin officiating. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 5-7 p.m. Thursday and 10-11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to a charity of the donor's choice.
