* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Walter Staugler
Walter "Wally" Staugler, 59, Celina, died at 4:45 a.m. Nov. 3, 2014, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born Dec. 1, 1954, in Coldwater, to Eugene and Althea Hole Staugler, who are deceased. On June 25, 1988, he married Tina Endicott, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are a brother, Charles (Troas) Staugler, Celina; a nephew, C.J. Staugler; a niece, Brandy Staugler; and in-laws, Linda Endicott, Phil Endicott, Jeff Endicott, Roxie (Gary) Rasberry, Ray (Marge) Endicott, Roger (Karla) Endicott, and Dennis (Mona) Endicott.
He retired from Spring Creek. He was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Carthagena, the Celina Moose and the Coldwater Eagles.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Friday at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Carthagena, the Rev. Thomas Hemm officiating.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Memorials may be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
