* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Carolyn Lawson
Carolyn Lawson, 57, St. Marys, died suddenly at 11:59 a.m. Oct. 18, 2014, in the emergency department at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born Jan. 7, 1957, in Jellico, Tenn., to Hewil and Evelyn Orick Teague, who survive in St. Marys. She was married to Stephen Lawson, who died suddenly Oct. 20, 2014.
Also surviving are a son, Adam (Holly Tonkin) Cornett, St. Marys; three stepchildren, Christy (Richard) Collins, St. Marys, Nicole Clark, Celina, and Stephen Lawson, St. Marys; a brother, Robert (Kathy) Teague, New Bremen; and numerous grandchildren.
Also deceased is a sister, Merlyn Jean Teague.
She was a 1976 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School and was retired from the Huffy Manufacturing Company.
Joint funeral services for her and her husband are 11 a.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home, west chapel, St. Marys. Private family burial rites will be held.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
