* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Kenneth Albers
Kenneth C. Albers, 54, Minster, died Oct. 21, 2014, at his residence.
He was born Oct. 20, 1960, in St. Marys, to Ralph and Rosemary C. Riethman Albers. His mother survives in New Bremen.
Also surviving are eight siblings, David (Brenda) Albers, New Bremen, Thelma (Randy) Huelsman, Minster, Mike (Peg) Albers, Cassella, Bonnie (Kevin) Steinemann, Minster, Elaine (Jerry) Berning, McCartyville, Luke (Sue) Albers, Minster, Neil Albers, New Bremen, and Leon (friend Barb Sims) Albers; a brother-in-law, Jerry Timmerman; 22 nieces and nephews; and 26 great-nieces and great-nephews.
Also deceased are a sister, Margie Timmerman; two nephews, Brian and Cory Albers; and a great-niece, Hannah Lause.
He was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, New Bremen. He participated in the Special Olympics and loved bowling and putting puzzles together. He was employed at Auglaize Industries and helped out on the family farm.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, New Bremen, the Rev. Thomas Mannebach officiating. Burial will follow at German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Auglaize Industries.
