* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

William Huber
William A. Huber, 72, St. Henry, died Sept. 26, 2014, at Mercer County Community Hospital.
He was born July 30, 1942, in Coldwater, to Ralph and Dorothy Laloge Huber. On Sept. 21, 1968, he married Eileen Steinlage, who survives in St. Henry.
Also surviving are five children, Kevin (Danette) Huber, Wendelin, Douglas (fianceè Theresa Honorio) Huber, Oakton, Va., Denise (Matthew) Hiatt, Houston, Sandra (Brian) Siefring, Coldwater, and Kurt Huber, Fairborn; seven grandchildren, Nicholas, Kaylee, Braden, Seth, Jack, Julia and Grace; two sisters, Ann (Lee) Slouffman, Dayton, and Mary Jane (Robert) Braun, Coldwater, and brothers- and sisters-in-law, Ralph (Mary) Steinlage, Dayton, Lester (MarJean) Steinlage, Englewood, Doris (Ron) Rindler, St. Henry, Roger Steinlage, Dayton, Bernice (Ken) Koesters, Coldwater, Verna (Dan) Ahlers, Coldwater, Dale (Joan) Steinlage, New Carlisle, Betty (Vince) Chase, Springfield, Sheryl Steinlage, Centerville, and Karen (Roger) Ranly, St. Henry.
Also deceased is a brother-in-law, Dan Steinlage.
He was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church and part of the original St. Henry Rescue Squad. He was retired from GTE and worked part time for Morning Fresh Superior Food. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Henry Catholic Church, St. Henry. Burial will follow at St. Henry Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Monday and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
Memorials may be made to the Center for Neurological Development, Burkettsville.
