* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Cordie Miracle
Cordie Miracle, 89, Wapakoneta, formerly of Findlay, went home to be with our Lord on July 30, 2014.
She was born March 27, 1925, in Bell County, Ky., to George and MaryBell Hoskins Thompson. On Aug. 3, 1944, in St. Marys, she married the love of her life, Cecil A. Miracle, who died Jan. 14, 1990.
Surviving are a son, Dean (Jane) Miracle, Findlay; two daughters, Vera (Robert) Tasker, Wapakoneta, and Tina (Robert) Driftmyer, Findlay; a son-in-law, John Lowden, Mt. Blanchard; 19 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; one sister, Martha Chaney, St. Marys; a special brother-in-law, Ernest Miracle; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Also deceased are a daughter, Carolyn Lowden; four brothers, Willie Thompson, Clyde Thompson, Clifton Thompson and Herbert Thompson; and three sisters, Dora Markley, Maude Caldwell and Ellen Keith.
She most enjoyed being surrounded by family. A homemaker, she could usually be found in the kitchen. She loved gardens and flowers and watching the weather. She left on her final journey in a beautiful sunset to guide her way home.
She was a life member of Hillsdale Baptist Church, St. Marys, and attended Harvest Baptist Church, Wapakoneta.
Funeral rites are 2 p.m. Saturday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Ronnie Bruce officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens, St. Marys.
Calling is 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the Susan Komen Foundation.
