* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Phyllis Rose
Phyllis Ann Rose, 65, Montezuma, died June 15, 2014, surrounded by family.
She was born July 27, 1948, in Celina, to Matt and Coletta Luthman Schwieterman Sr. On Aug. 18, 1973, she married Thomas Rose at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater, and he survives.
Also surviving are six children, Julia (Michael) Collins, Beavercreek, James (Alma) Rose, Los Gatos, Calif., Andrea (Chad) Grieshop, Versailles, Michael (Coby) Rose, Evanston, Ill., David (Elizabeth) Rose, Cincinnati, and Eric (Kristen) Rose, Corona, Calif.; and eight brothers and sisters, Jean (Bob) Neumeister, Oakwood, Joan (Bill) Geise, Montezuma, Ken (Marilyn) Schwieterman, Coldwater, Matt (Dee) Schwieterman Jr., Piqua, Trish (Ken) Wrightsman, Colorado Springs, Colo., Ralph (Jane) Schwieterman, Coldwater, Romie (Brenda) Schwieterman, Coldwater, and Chris (Jerry) Schulte, Chickasaw.
Other survivors include in-laws, Joanne (Louis) Bohman, Osgood, Ginny (Alvin) Dues, Coldwater, Barbara (Robert) Ruhenkamp, Fort Loramie, Elaine (Gary) Thobe, Maria Stein, Linda (Mark) Homan, St. Rose, and Gary Rose, St. Sebastian, and seven grandchildren, Brandon Rose, Rees and Hayden Collins, Paloma and Alessandra Rose, and Simone and Elizabeth Grieshop.
A brother, Christopher Schwieterman, and two sisters-in-law, Joyce Schwieterman and Joyce Rose, are deceased.
She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Montezuma, where she was a sacristan, a former CCD teacher, a member of the Christian Mothers and a 30-year member of the church and funeral choirs. A 1966 graduate of Coldwater High School, she received a bachelor's plus degree from Bowling Green State University with a major in math education and a minor in physical education and health. She was a former math teacher but most enjoyed living on a farm and being an independent Mary Kay consultant.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
