* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Timothy Sloan
Timothy James Sloan, 55, Celina, passed away May 4, 2014, at his residence.
He was born Dec. 22, 1958, in Corning, New York, to Raymond Francis and Harriett (Yawger) Sloan, both deceased.
He is survived by his daughters, Amy (Jeremy) Pelaston, Greenville; Jessica Sloan and her fiance, Herbert Byerly Jr., Versailles; a brother, David (Pam) Sloan, Greenville; and a sister, Joyce A. Horton, Corning, New York.
Also deceased is a brother, Christopher Michael Sloan.
He worked in logistics at BNSF and was a member of St. Marys Catholic Church, the Eagles, Moose Lodge, Elks Lodge and the American Legion.
Mass of Christian Burial is 11:30 a.m. Friday at St. Marys Catholic Church, Greenville, the Rev. John White officiating. Burial will follow in Greenville Township Memorial Gardens.
Calling is 6-8 p.m.Thursday and 10-11 a.m. Friday at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville.
