* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Sheila Bias
Sheila A. Bias, 52, Fort Recovery, died April 13, 2014, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born Sept. 4, 1961, in Portland, Ind., to Vitus and Doris Magoteaux Wendel. In 2006, she married Terry Bias in Fort Recovery, and he survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Alisha Wendel, Coldwater, Sara Sall, Newark, and Amanda Katterhenry, Indianapolis, Ind.; two stepdaughters, Amanda (Harold) Stocker, Fort Recovery, and Shannon Bias, Portland, Ind.; a brother, Steve (Janet) Wendel, Fort Recovery; three sisters, Diana (LaMoyne) McCoy, Fort Recovery; Karla (Dewey) Osborne, Redkey, Ind., and Janel (Michael) Keller, Berne, Ind.; eight grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; and eight stepgreat-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a stepgrandson, Austin Stocker.
She was a 1979 graduate of Jay County High School, Portland, Ind. and was employed at Setex, St. Marys. She was a member and current president of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary, Fort Recovery. She had held the office of auxiliary president for the past 12 years.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at the home of Terry and Sheila Bias, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. A Celebration of Life will follow the services.
Contributions may be directed to the Cancer Association of Mercer County or Cancer Association of Jay County.
