* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Charles L. Hemmelgarn Sr.
Charles L. Hemmelgarn Sr., 68, formerly of North Star, died March 28, 2014, at his residence in Wright City, Mo.
He was born Aug. 11, 1945, to Raymond and Evelyn Jones Hemmelgarn, who preceded him in death. On Nov. 11, 1967, he married Wanda Lee Schneider, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Charles Hemmelgarn Jr., St. Louis, Mo., Christopher (Heather) Hemmelgarn, St. Louis, Mo., and Chad Hemmelgarn, Wright City, Mo.; one daughter, Kelly (Paul Walterman) Hemmelgarn, Wright City, Mo.; two brothers, Ray Hemmelgarn Jr., Florida, and Gary Hemmelgarn, Versailles; three sisters, Kay (Ron) Groff, North Star, Joyce (Richard) Knapke, Rossburg, and Linda (Bill) Gudermuth, Hawk Point, Mo.; and three grandchildren, Haley, Tyler and Emma.
He was also preceded in death by a brother, Edward Hemmelgarn.
He was a 1963 graduate of Marion Local High School and was a member of Amvets Post 106 of St. Peters, Mo., Elks Lodge 2587 of O'Fallon, Mo., and American Legion Post 122 of Warrenton, Mo.
Funeral services were held April 2 at Pitman Funeral Home, Wentzville, Mo.
