* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Agnes Huber
Agnes E. Huber, 87, Coldwater, died March 27, 2014, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born April 18, 1926, in Carthagena, to Joseph and Anna Burbrink Huber. On Nov. 6, 1954, she married Joseph Huber, who passed away in 1984.
Surviving are nine children, Kathy (Bob) Portz, Fort Recovery, Jean (Mark) Bell, Piqua, Mary Huber, Coldwater, Nancy Huber, Coldwater, Larry Huber, Coldwater, Randy (Diane) Huber, Rockford, Lisa (Bob) Birt, Coldwater, Teresa Huber, Coldwater, and Michelle (Larry) Dues, Fort Recovery; 15 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Richard Huber; two grandchildren; a son-in-law, Don Sutter; two sisters, Mary Catherine Huber and Sr. Anita Marie Huber; and a brother, Joseph Huber.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, and the St. Ann's Altar Sodality. She enjoyed bingo, cards, her family and loved being a mom.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Monday and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
Memorials may be given to CA Industries or the Briarwood Village Activity Fund.
