* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rosanna Franz
Rosanna "Rosie" Franz, 81, Celina, formerly of Henryville, Ind., went to be with her Lord and Savior, with her daughter at her side, at 11:20 p.m. March 17, 2014, at The Gardens in Celina.
She was born Aug. 9, 1932, in Jeffersonville, Ind., to Jesse and Naomi Ruddell Beatty. On May 24, 1951, she married Loren D. Franz, who died in 2000.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Vince (Jill) Franz, Celina, and Pastor L. Brent (Linda) Franz, Henryville, Ind.; a daughter, Loranna Snyder, Westfield, Ind.; grandchildren, Lynsey and Jonathan Worthington, Brent Austin Franz, Kelsey Boone, Wesley Boone, Marissa Franz and Makenzi Franz; great-grandchildren, Isabella Ryan, Anya Worthington, Lydia Worthington and Daniel Mobley, and a sister, Louise Gannon of Florida.
She was preceded in death by a son, Alan Lynn Franz; a son-in-law, John Snyder; and a brother-in-law, James Gannon.
She was a member of Henryville United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women in Henryville. She attended the Covenant Community Church in Coldwater. She played the piano at her church from the time she graduated until two years ago.
A memorial gathering will be 5-7 p.m. Friday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Henryville United Methodist Church in Henryville, the Rev. Gary Cooper officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Henryville.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Henryville United Methodist Church or State of the Heart Home Health & Hospice.
