* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Ann Baker
Mary Ann Garman Baker, 66, Coldwater, passed away March 17, at the Ohio State University Medical Center.
She was born April 19, 1947, in Celina, to Thelma Jean Schoch and George Garman.
Surviving are three daughters, Pepper (Dan) Brunswick, Dublin, Cristy (Jody) Parker, Celina, and Jade Baker, Coldwater; two sons, Hud (Lori Kuess) Baker, Celina, and Jeb Baker, Coldwater; 13 grandchildren; two sisters, Gay Garman (Bob Cron) of Fort Recovery, and Nina (Max) Hamrick, Willshire; and three brothers, Hunter (Lora Coyle) Garman, Albany, Ind., Stormy Garman, Coldwater, and Dusty Garman, Findlay.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Holly Garman, and a brother, George "Buster" Garman.
She was a 1965 graduate of Fort Recovery High School. After raising her children she obtained her realtor's license. She was a realtor with Hall Realty in Celina and was a strong advocate of environmental issues and loved the outdoors. She was a member of Moose Lodge #1473 and the Fort Recovery Veterans of Foreign Wars. She loved to dance, lived life to the fullest and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Honoring Mary Ann's request, her ashes will be scattered on the family farm.
