* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Vaughn Denney
Vaughn A. Denney, 89, Riverview, Fla., formerly of Macedon in Mercer County, died Jan. 12, 2014, in Tampa, Fla.
He was born April 21, 1924, in Macedon, to William and Pearl Teeters Denney.
He married Mabel Siders, who preceded him in death after 27 years of marriage.
Survivors include a daughter, Cynthia (Roger) Rolewicz, Riverview, Fla.; a granddaughter, Jessica Rolewicz; a loving companion, Phyllis Pratt; and a sister-in-law, Susie (Gary) Barcus-Bowman.
He was also preceded in death by sisters, Stella Denney, Doris Eifert and Mona Braun; brothers, Charlie, Robert, Nick and Jess Denney; and a sister-in-law, Anna Mae Gibbs.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and retired from Sinclair/Arco Oil Company as vice president. He was a graduate of Fort Recovery High School and Ball State University, Muncie, Ind., where he received a lifetime teaching certificate. In 2011, he was honored as a distinguished alumni of Fort Recovery High School.
Funeral services are 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, the Rev. Roy Hall officiating. Burial is in Woodland Mausoleum, Dayton.
Calling is 12:30-1:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Following the service, military honors will be conducted at the funeral home by the Fort Recovery American Legion.
