* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Curtis Long
Curtis R. "Pup" Long, 41, Fort Recovery, died Nov. 2, 2013, at his residence.
He was born April 18, 1972, in Portland, Ind., to Harry and Rita Long Long, who survive in Fort Recovery.
Also surviving are a brother, Mark (Sharon) Long, Fort Recovery; a sister, Pamela Pruitt, Greenfield, Ind.; a nephew, Justin Pruitt, Greenfield; a niece, Kelly Long, Fort Recovery; and several aunts and uncles.
Deceased is a nephew, Shane Long.
He was employed at Corner Station, St. Henry. He was a 1990 graduate of Fort Recovery High School. He was an EMT with the St. Henry Squad and a member of Fort Recovery Gun Club and NRA.
Funeral Mass is 2 p.m. Wednesday at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
