* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Virginia Morris
Virginia Lee Morris, 71, Defiance, died Nov. 2, 2013, at Toledo Hospital.
She was born Sept. 23, 1942, in Middletown, to Paul E., Ruth and Helen Mae Nickell O'Neil. She was preceded in death by her former husband, Leon Morris.
Surviving are a son, Shawn D. (Shelly) Morris, Celina; four grandchildren, Shelbie (Dan) Begly and Daniel, Thomas and Rachel Morris; three great-grandchildren, Sophia, Emberlin and Conrad Begly; a brother, Paul R. O'Neil; and two sisters, Theresa O'Neil Gentile and Elizabeth (Richard) O'Neil Amoury, all of Middletown.
She knew no strangers. She was kind, generous and loving to everyone she met. An avid reader, she also enjoyed playing cards and was joke-teller extraordinaire. She was retired and a member of the Church of God.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Celina First Church of God, the Rev. Bruce Strine officiating. A meal and celebration of life will follow in the church's fellowship hall.
