* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mark Homan
Mark Francis Homan, 52, passed away Oct. 29, 2013, at his home in Philothea following a recent illness.
He was born June 6, 1961, in Coldwater, to Victor and Esther (Muhlenkamp) Homan. His mother survives in Coldwater.
Also surviving are brothers and sisters, Jim (Linda) Homan, Franklin, Tenn., Sharon (George) Blyskun, Richboro, Pa., Steve (Maribeth) Homan, Lima, and Debra (Tom) Davis, Columbus; nieces and nephews, Andrea, Aimee, Steven, Sarah, Theodore, Brian, Andrew, Elaine, Alexander, Hayden, Tripp and Olivia.
He was preceded in death by his father, Victor, and a brother, Greg.
He was a lifelong farmer in Mercer County until his recent illness.
Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate his life is at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Marys Catholic Church, Philothea, the Rev. Rick Walling officiating. Burial will follow in St. Marys Cemetery.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday from 9-10 a.m. at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
Memorials may be made to St. Marys Catholic Church or Foundations Behavioral Health Services.
