* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Taylor Dicke
Taylor Dicke, 11, New Bremen, died Oct. 23, 2013, at 9:12 p.m. at her residence.
She was born Aug. 25, 2002, in St. Marys, to Joseph and Nicole (Mohler) Dicke, both of New Bremen.
Survivors include her sisters, Abigayle and Olivia, both at home; grandparents, Roland (Cindy) Dicke, New Bremen, and Mike (Brenda) Mohler, Wapakoneta; great-grandparents, Eileen Yaney, Celina, David (Virginia) Poe, Pioneer, Carolyn Pape, New Bremen, and Ona Mohler, Muncie, Mich.; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Preceding her in death were her great-grandparents, John Yaney, Ray Mohler, David Pape and Wilton and Helen Dicke.
She was a baptized member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, New Bremen, and had attended the ABC Center in New Bremen. She was a happy girl with bright eyes and was well known for her big smiles. She was very brave and overcame many challenges. She also helped to teach those around her valuable life lessons.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Paul United Church of Christ, the Rev. Becky Erb Strang officiating. Burial will follow in German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is 2-7 p.m. Sunday at Gilbert-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen, and one hour prior to the services Monday at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to Community Health Professionals or the Children's Miracle Network.
