* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Teresa Drew
Teresa A. Drew, 53, Celina, died at 12:21 p.m. Aug. 3, 2013, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
She was born Sept. 12, 1959, in Pineville, Ky., to Lloyd and Coma Jewell (Allen) Drew.
Survivors include a daughter, Carrie Guyer of Goodyear, Ariz., a son, Adam Weiler of St. Marys; two granddaughters, Madison and Alia; four sisters, Judy Hembree of Celina, Barb (Don) Bailey of Andover, Maine, Ada (Rick) Hilton of Celina and Susie Gehle of Celina; and two brothers, Hank (Donna) Hembree of Mendon and Dan (Cindy) Hembree  of Celina.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
She was a homemaker, and had worked as a nursing assistant.
Her favorite pastimes included helping other people, reading and spending time with her cats.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at New Start Church of God in Celina, the Rev. John Mobley officiating.
Calling begins at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
