* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Trent Bates
Trent E. Bates, 46, Celina, died Aug. 2, 2013, at the Mercer County Fairgrounds track.
He was born Nov. 9, 1966, in Adams County, Ind., to Donald and Nancy Baker Bates. His mother survives in Celina. On Jan. 1, 2010, he married Kristina Post, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are two sons, Taylor Bates of Rockford and Tanner Bates of Rockford; two daughters, Alexis Bates of Rockford and Samantha Newbauer of Celina; three brothers, Ty (Suzanne) Bates of Gibsonburg, Tal (Donna) Bates of Willshire and Travis (Debbie) Bates of Fremont; in-laws, Tom (Ann) Post of Celina; and his first wife, Kelly (Bryan) Sutton of Rockford.
He worked at Crown Equipment, and was a horse owner, trainer and driver. He graduated from Parkway High School in 1985, and belonged to the USDA Mercer County Horseman's and Indiana Standard Breeders Association.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Bradley Kittle officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Rockford.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the children's college fund.
