* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Evelyn Kirchenbauer
Evelyn Martha Kirchenbauer, 82, Coldwater and formerly of Ohio City, died at 6:09 p.m. July 15, 2013, at Briarwood Manor Nursing Home in Coldwater.
She was born Jan. 4, 1931, in Ohio City to Halder Baugest and Roxie Clouse Woods. On Feb. 4, 1950, she married Arnold H. Kirchenbauer at the Ohio City Church of God, who died April 17, 2006.
Surviving are two daughters, Karen K. (James R.) Kelch of Versailles and Laurie A. (David) Bladen of Coldwater; two sisters, Mary Marie Tindall of San Francisco, Calif. and Ilo Ebright of Celina; five grandchildren, Katie and Alex Kelch, and Maureen, Nathan (Lindsey) and Olivia Bladen; and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are four brothers, Charlie James Woods, Elmer T. Woods, Halder Eugene Woods and William Woods; and two sisters, Cora Blanche Phillips and Luella Mae McHugh.
She was retired from Federal Mogul in Van Wert, after 37 years of service. She was a member of St. Paul's Reformed Church in America, Harrison Township. She graduated in 1949 from Ohio City - Liberty High School, and was a member of the Silver Seals.
Funeral services are 10 a.m. Saturday at Cowan & Son Funeral Home, Van Wert, the Rev. Douglas R. Meyer officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Ohio City.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to State of the Heart Hospice in Coldwater or Trinity Lutheran Bell Tower Church of Versailles.
