* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Gretchen Shoffstall
Gretchen E. Shoffstall, 73, Celina, died July 2, 2013, at 3:22 p.m. at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Feb. 11, 1940, in Dayton, to Lewis and Mary Kirchner PaHud. On Sept. 27, 1958, she married Karl Shoffstall, who survives.
Surviving are three sons, Karl (Eva) Shoffstall, Culver, Ind.; Todd (Sharon) Shoffstall, Arcanum, and Matthew (Marcia) Shoffstall, Celina; a brother, John (Cindy) PaHud of Indiana; two sisters-in-law, Virginia PaHud and Barbara H. PaHud, both of Indiana; six grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Lewis PaHud and Mike PaHud.
She was a graduate of Fairview High School, Dayton, and retired from Crows Hybrid Corn Co. and Celina Manor. She was a member of Lighthouse Fellowship Church, Celina, South Shore Sportsman Club, Snow Dreamers Snowmobile Club and Pla Mor Bowling League.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with burial in Swamp College Cemetery.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Lighthouse Fellowship Church.
