Max Zizelman
Max Duane Zizelman, 73, passed away at 11:25 p.m. July 1, 2013, at his home, surrounded by his family.
He was born June 13, 1940, in Rockford, to W.M. Frederick and Bessie Flo Garwood. His mother later married Grover Burris.
Surviving are his wife, Beverly M. Zizelman; three sons, Douglas R. (Star) Zizelman, William D. (Linda) Zizelman and Steven L. Zizelman; three daughters, Vickie S. (Steve) Salmons, Connie F. Daisy and Maxine L. (Brett) Shady; 19 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
He began working at New Idea in Coldwater, before his four years of service in the U.S. Navy. He then returned to New Idea, where he had 43 total years of employment. He also worked at H&S Manufacturing, from where he retired.
He donated his body to Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University.
A gathering of family and friends will be 1-4 p.m. Sunday at Neptune Center Township center.
