* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Adrian Beagle
Adrian Clay Beagle, 65, St. Marys, died at 4:06 p.m. June 23, 2013, at his residence.
He was born Feb. 13, 1948, in Mt. Olivet, Ky., to William and Gertrude Derossett Beagle. On July 14, 1980, he married Judy Orick in Jellico, Tenn., who died Oct. 11, 2011.
Survivors include a son, Michael (Shawnia) Beagle  of Carlisle, Ky.; a step-daughter, Vera (Bill) Case of St. Marys; numerous grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; three brothers, Gilbert Beagle of Wichita Falls, Texas, Charles Eugene (Kathy) Beagle of Zephyrhills, Fla., and Bruce Beagle of Richmond, Ky.; and three sisters, Ruby Eileen Little of Clay City, Ky., Martha Rae (Richard) Fry of Wichita Falls, Texas, and Debbie (Jesse) Stokley of Clay City, Ky.
He was also preceded in death by his parents, William and Gertrude Beagle; a son, Mark Beagle; four brothers, Russell Beagle, Willie D. Smith, William Beagle and James Beagle; and a sister, Cora Elizabeth Smith.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served during the Vietnam era. He was a production employee for Veyance Corp., St. Marys, where he repaired conveyor belts. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Spencerville.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, West Chapel, St. Marys. Burial with graveside military honors will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
