* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lavon Dicke
Lavon C. Dicke, 98, New Bremen, died at 9:05 a.m. June 25, 2013, at Elmwood of New Bremen. She was born May 3, 1915, in St. Marys, to Irvin and Emma (Schnelle) Wiehe. On Sept. 15, 1937, she married Ralph Dicke, who died Oct. 3, 1999.   
Survivors include her children, Stanley (Janell) Dicke of Mendon, Larry (Dianne) Dicke of New Bremen and Oneta (Chris) Lyda of New Bremen; nine grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren; and a special friend and neighbor, Virginia Kuenning.
Preceding her in death were her sisters, Marie Nedderman and Cretoria Van Stronder.
She and her husband lived on a farm northwest of New Bremen for most of their married lives. She was an Avon Team Leader for over 30 years. She enjoyed living on the farm, where she helped with the butchering and the many farm chores. She liked to bake pies and was a handy seamstress. She enjoyed playing cards with her grandchildren, traveling with her husband and teaching ballroom dancing for many years. She was a lifelong member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in New Bremen, where she was active with Cradle Roll and was a Sunday School Teacher for over 20 years. She was a member of the Busy 12 at St. Paul and the New Bremen Senior Citizens, where she enjoyed quilting. She was a 4-H advisor for many years.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home in New Bremen, the Rev. Becky Erb Strang officiating. Burial will be at the German Protestant Cemetery in New Bremen.
Calling is 3-6 p.m. Thursday and one hour prior to services Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to St. Paul United Church of Christ Memorial Fund or the New Bremen Senior Citizens.
