* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

William Frey
William H. Frey, 66, New Knoxville, died suddenly at 7:01 p.m. May 5, 2013, in the emergency department of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys, after suffering an apparent heart attack at his home.
He was born March 19, 1947, in Piqua, to Walter and Madella Fischbach Frey. He married Sandra Kuenning on Sept. 2, 1967, and she survives at the residence.
Also surviving are his son, David (Susan) Frey of New Bremen; two grandchildren, Amanda (fiance Brian Wisener) Frey of New Bremen and Ashley Frey of New Bremen; and a brother, James (Joanie) Frey of St. Marys.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He was a 1965 graduate of New Bremen High School. He attended Ohio Northern University, then graduated and earned his master's degree from Wright State University.
He was employed at United Rehabilitation Services of Greater Dayton. He had also taught at University of Northwest Ohio in Lima for 20 years. He had served on various church boards over the years, including the Zion Church in New Bremen, and Living Hope Assembly of God in St. Marys. He was attending the Wayne Street United Methodist Church in St. Marys. In his spare time, he enjoyed his three Dachshunds and working in his workshop.
He will be remembered as a very loving husband and father whose greatest joy was his family, especially his granddaughters.
Funeral rites are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Wayne Street United Methodist Church in St. Marys, the Revs. Jon Kraner, Randy McKinney and Brian Wisener officiating. Burial will follow at German Protestant Cemetery in New Bremen.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys.
