* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Nellie House
Nellie C. House, 92, St. Marys, died at 12:15 a.m. May 3, 2013, at Otterbein Senior Lifestyle Choices, St. Marys.
She was born Aug. 23, 1920, in Dayton, to George and Elizabeth Truebenbach Miller. She married Roy C. House on Nov. 5, 1941, and he died Dec. 24, 2003.
She is survived by her two children, Janet (David) Shoup of Tipp City and David (Janie) House of Elkton, Ore.; a son-in-law, Tom Foster of Harrod; seven grandchildren, Mark Shoup, Daniel Shoup, Muir House, Julie House-Rhoda, Brittony Wright, Leslie Foster and Joshua Foster; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Susan Foster; and her siblings, Esther McDorman, Cleora Fogel, Edna March and George Miller.
Nellie was a 1938 graduate of Dayton Fairmont High School. She had formerly belonged to the Brandt United Methodist Church and was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in St. Marys. Family was very important to her, and she enjoyed reading and gardening. She was a homemaker and volunteered for many organizations over the years, most recently at Otterbein.
Funeral rites are 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Meyer Community Chapel on the campus of Otterbein Senior Lifestyle Choices, Pastors Jon Kraner and Vince Lavieri officiating. Private family burial rites will be held at Maple Hill Cemetery in Tipp City.
Calling is 9 a.m. Saturday until the time of services at Otterbein, where memorial gifts may be given to either Grand Lake Hospice or Otterbein's Benevolent Fund.
