* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Firefighters set up a decontamination station in the parking lot of Marion Local High School during a hazardous materials exercise Saturday morning. Full-scale exercises like this one are held periodically to evaluate the response of law enforcement officers, emergency medical services personnel and firefighters under the auspices of the Mercer County Local Emergency Planning Committee.
