* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Cuban artist Luis Eliades points out aspects of one of his paintings on Saturday afternoon at the Fort Recovery Public Library. Many of his paintings feature figures from Santeria. He is one of two artists who came over in an international exchange program.
