* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Richard Journay
Richard G. Journay, 85, New Weston, died March 26, 2013, at The Gardens of St. Henry.
He was born May 13, 1927, in Portland, Ind., to Alva and Dorothy Mills Journay. On Sept. 25, 1948, he married Waneta Wright in New Knoxville.
Surviving are four daughters, Barbara (Carl) Willeford of Union City, Ohio, Sandra (Phillip) Hiestand of New Weston, Patricia (William) Parks of Union City, and Roberta Asbury of Kannapolis, N.C.; a sister, Margaret Yount of Greenville; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and a son-in-law, Ron Weis of St. Marys.
Also deceased are a daughter, Carolyn Weis; a brother, Paul Journay; a sister, Garet Tomlinson; and a son-in-law, Dale Asbury Sr.
He retired from the former Avco New Idea and had been a farmer. He was a member of Masonic Lodge #539 F&AM, Fort Recovery, Order of Eastern Star, Royal Arch Masons, Greenville, and Knights Templar Sidney Commandery #46, Sidney.
He was a member of the Pleasant Hill Church in Union City, Ind.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, the Rev. Bruce Bryan officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Thursday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to State of the Heart Hospice or the Pleasant Hill Church.
