* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Helen Lokai
Helen M. Reichert Wourms Lokai, 87, Dayton, passed away peacefully Feb. 28, 2013, at Hospice of Dayton.
She was born in Coldwater to Willibald and Cora Ranly Reichert.
Surviving are her husband of 49 years, Martin Lokai; 11 children, Bill (Ana) Wourms, Connie (Peter) Buchert, Margery (Clay) Waggood, Kathy Rogers, Paul Wourms, Susan (Jim) Harrison, Larry (Tammy) Wourms, Jerry (Debby) Wourms, Jane (Clay) Runck, Barbara (Bob) Kelley and Deborah Bischof; a brother, Paul (Peggy) Reichert; a sister, Marie (Ed) Thomas; a sister-in-law, Dubie Reichert; 33 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Deceased are her first husband, Fred Wourms; a son, Robert Wourms; a daughter, Diane Wourms; a son-in-law, Roy Rogers; a grandson, Dane Wourms; a great-granddaughter, Cayla; and several brothers and sisters.
She was a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fairborn.
She was a graduate of Miami Jacobs College and was a secretary at Frigidaire.
She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and she will be missed by all who love her.
A Mass of Christian Burial is 10 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Charles F. Lang officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Dayton.
Calling is 2-5 p.m. Sunday at Burcham Jennings Funeral Home, Fairborn.
