* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Glen Henderson
Glen Henderson Jr., 69, Celina and formerly of Clayton, passed away Feb. 25, 2013, at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton following an extended illness.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Jean Henderson; two daughters, Lora (Darrin) Hile and children, Erica, Brandon, Katelin and Ethan, and Nicole (Patrick) Baker and sons, Benjamin and Daniel; a brother, James (Becky) Henderson and sons, Sean and Brian.
He was a U.S. Army veteran, a life member of AMVETS Post 1789 and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3288, both in Brookville. He also owned Northmont Landscaping.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Thursday at Gilbert-Fellers Funeral Home, Brookville.
AMVETS services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Clayton Cemetery.
Memorials may be sent to Operation Christmas, a charity that Glen helped to establish, 8271 Arlington Rd., Brookville, OH 45309, or checks may be made out to Jean Henderson to help with medical expenses and sent to Gilbert-Fellers Funeral Home.
