* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Billy Kraner
Billy A. Kraner, 66, Rockford, died at 4:50 a.m. Feb. 26, 2013, at Van Wert In-Patient Hospice Center, where he was a patient.
He was born Nov. 19, 1946, in Wren to Gerald and Verna E. Thompson Kraner, who are deceased.
Surviving are six brothers, Keith (Mary) Kraner, Marietta, Thomas (Barbara) Kraner, Vinton, Don (Kim) Kraner, Rockford, Homer (Joy) Kraner, Rockford, Max (Barbara) Kraner, Van Wert, and Ronnie Kraner, Florida, and two sisters, Marilyn Clifton, Ohio City, and Norma (Tim) Krueckeberg, Decatur, Ind.
Also deceased are three brothers, Jack Kraner, Richard Kraner and Frank Staude; one brother-in-law, Harold Clifton; and one sister, Betty (De Lloyd) Swoveland.
Funeral services are 1 p.m. Thursday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, the Rev. Steve Waterman officiating. Burial will follow at Gravel Hill Cemetery, Bryant, Ind.
Calling is 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to Community Health Professionals, Celina, or Van Wert In-Patient Hospice.
