* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lois Toth
Lois Toth, 73, Delta, was called home to heaven on Jan. 11, 2013, at St. Vincent Hospital, Toledo, surrounded by her loving family.
She is survived by her three children, Gregg (Mary) Toth, Sheryl Toth and Stephanie Wagenhauser; four grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; a brother, Donald C. (Jeannine) Roediger of Van Wert; and her beloved dog, Dora.
Preceding her in death are her husband, Richard Clark; mother, Irene Roediger; father, Chester Roediger; sister, Ruth Ann Roediger; and brother, Stanley Roediger.
She was a wonderfully dependable mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She attended Waterville Community Church and worked many years at Mama C's Doughnuts in Maumee. She was an excellent bowler in her day. She enjoyed her flower gardens and beautiful backyard from her patio. She cherished spending time with her family and friends.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. today at Waterville Community Church, Waterville.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Interment will follow at Swanton Centerville Cemetery.
The family suggests any donations be made to Waterville Community Church.
Peinert-Dunn Funeral Home, Waterville, is handling arrangements.
