* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Willard Evers
Willard "Will" B. Evers, 62, Maria Stein, died Jan. 14, 2013, at his home.
He was born Aug. 22, 1950, in Celina to the late Gregor and Stella Pleiman Evers. He married Ellen Weitzel on Oct. 12, 1974, in Sharpsburg; she survives in Maria Stein.
He is also survived by his children, Julie (Adam) Linson of Sidney, Lisa (Adam) Topp of New Bremen, Sara (Aaron) Schmitmeyer of Russia, Mark Evers of Maria Stein and Stacy Evers of Boston, Mass.; eight grandchildren, Logan, Calvin, Emma, Trevor, Luke, Jacob, Elijah and Zachary; sisters and brother, Anna Evers of Kettering, Elaine Evers of Maria Stein and Roger (Mary) Evers of Maria Stein; in-laws, Vercy (Jim) Stachler of Rossburg, Elaine (Bob) Rosenbeck of Coldwater, Gerald (Thelma) Weitzel of Coldwater, Irvan (Carol) Weitzel of Celina, Lois (Charles) Selhorst of Coldwater, Diana (Jim) Grilliot of Versailles, Karen (Ronald) Hartings of Maria Stein, Philip (Marge) Weitzel of St. Henry, Bernice (Patrick) Sudhoff of St. Anthony, Kathy (Mike) Poeppelman of Fort Loramie, Karl Weitzel of Greenville and Becky (Paul) Hartings of Maria Stein.
He was a graduate of Marion Local Schools and a member of St. Rose Catholic Church. He served six years in the Air Force National Guard and worked 43 years for Crown, New Bremen, as a welder. He is donating his body to Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
A Memorial Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Rose Catholic Church.
Memorials may be made to the State of the Heart Hospice.
