* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Helmut Schreima
Helmut J. Schreima, 56, Wapakoneta and formerly of Sidney and Rockford, died at 4:53 a.m. Dec. 30, 2012, at St. Rita's Medical Center Emergency Room.
He was born Aug. 30, 1956, in Hillsboro, Oregon, to Helmut George and Rose Marie Hoffman Schreima. His mother survives in Corvallis, Oregon.
Additional survivors include a son, Danil (Annie) Schreima of St. Marys; four daughters, Andria (Anthony) Dowell of Rockford, Rhiann (Daniel) Griffith of Van Wert, Kirsten Schreima and Mariel Schreima, both of Rockford; a close friend, Debbie Baker of Sidney; a brother, David Schreima of Long Beach, Calif.; a sister, Rose (Bob) Courtney of Corvallis, Oregon; and five grandchildren, Alex, Katie, Rylee, Alyxis and Lilly.
He had been a truck driver with Seaway Fuels. He had served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the Rockford American Legion Post and the Eagles Lodge of Rockford.
A memorial service will be at noon Saturday at Rockford United Methodist Church, the Rev. Chip Steffy officiating.
Calling is two hours prior to services at the church.
Burial of cremated remains will be in Crystal Lakes Cemetery, Corvallis, Oregon, at a later date.
