* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Priscilla Sekel
Priscilla "Pat" Sekel, 83, St. Marys, died at 1:20 p.m. Dec. 25, 2012, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born Dec. 23, 1929, in Kent to Mark and Anna Novak Babarick. On Aug. 28, 1954, she married Samuel D. Sekel, who survives.
Also surviving is a son, Stephen Sekel, Santa Rosa, Calif.; a daughter, Susan (Leon) Skowronski, Strongsville; a brother, Daniel Babarick, Kent; and two grandchildren.
She graduated in 1947 from Roosevelt High School, Kent, and attended Kent State University. She was a homemaker, a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys, and a member of the St. Marys Shakespeare Club. She volunteered for several years with the Auglaize County American Red Cross.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Friday at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, and 4-7 p.m. Saturday at Bissler & Son Funeral Home, Kent.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Kent, the Rev. Richard Pentello officiating. Burial will follow at Standing Rock Cemetery, Kent.
