* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Richard Roebuck
Richard Lamar Roebuck, 80, Lima, died at 7:57 a.m. Dec. 10, 2012, at St. Rita's Medical Center.
He was born April 11, 1932, in Defiance, to the Rev. Garrison and Jocie Archer Roebuck. On June 12, 1955, he married Sally A. Hickernell, who died Oct. 8, 2007.
Surviving are three daughters, Lisa (Mark) Koester, Elida, Karen (Steve) Fetherolf, Upper Arlington and Kim Point, Lima; a brother, Forest "Woody" (Marlene) Roebuck, Rockford; two sisters-in-law, Jane Roebuck, Lima, and Mary Hickernell Houser, Texas; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Also deceased are two brothers, Lee (Ruby) Roebuck, Mendon, and Virgil "Pete" Roebuck, Cridersville, and two sisters, Lucille (Warren) Douce and Lois (Charles) Abram, both of Columbus.
He retired in 1992 as an audit supervisor with the state of Ohio. Before this, he had owned and operated an independent insurance agency. He was a member of the Lima Baptist Temple and the Auditorium Bible Class.
He volunteered for 20 years with St. Rita's Hospice, where it was his responsibility to keep terminally ill patients company. He also volunteered with the St. Rita's Patient Relations Department, having visited an estimated 19,500 patients during this time.
A celebration of life is 10 a.m. Saturday at Lima Baptist Temple, the Rev. Gary Hohman officiant. Burial will follow at the Tomlinson Cemetery, Mendon. Mike Roebuck will officiate the graveside service.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at the Lima Baptist Temple.
