* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Pauline Ruschau
Pauline E. Ruschau, 84, Maria Stein, died at 9 a.m. Dec. 11, 2012, at St. Marys Living Center.
She was born Oct. 21, 1928, in Coldwater to Louis and Rose Spoltman Mescher. On May 29, 1954, she married Jerome "Jim" Ruschau, who died Nov. 9, 2003.
Surviving are her children, Michael (Karen) Ruschau, Cridersville, Sandra (Tim) Hirschfeld, St. Marys, Mark (Theresa) Ruschau, New Bremen, and David (Molly) Ruschau, Avon; a brother, Linus (JoAnn) Mescher, Celina; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are her siblings, Carl, Ralph, Wilfred and Don Mescher and Lucille Homan.
She was a member at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein, and its Ladies Sodality. She also was the parish director of religious education. She volunteered in the library at Marion Local Schools and was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Maria Stein.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Tom Brenberger officiating. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
Memorials may be made to Friends of the Coldwater Public Library.
