* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dwayne Hoelscher

Dwayne L. Hoelscher, 33, Fort Recovery, died Dec. 1, 2012, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.

He was born May 26, 1979, in Coldwater to Carolyn McNeil Hoelscher, who survives.

Also surviving are two children, Aiden and Emma Hoelscher, Fort Recovery; his fiance, Tara Kall, Fort Recovery; his wife, Jennifer Hoelscher; siblings, James (Shanna) Hoelscher, Coldwater, Matthew Mott, Arizona, and B.J. Mott and Robert Mott, both of Celina.

Deceased are his grandparents, Emma and Tom Hoelscher.

Funeral services are 10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater. Burial will follow at Forrest Hill Cemetery, Piqua.

Calling is 4-8 p.m. today and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
