Larry Schwarck
Larry D. Schwarck, 73, New Knoxville, died at 6:15 p.m. Nov. 26, 2012, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born Dec. 20, 1938, in St. Marys. His father, Carl Schwarck, is deceased; his mother, Amanda Waltz Schwarck Borges, survives in St. Marys. On Oct. 25, 1958, he married Joann Warner, who died Dec. 3, 2002. He then married Fairy Tomeko, who survives in Galion.
Also surviving are four children, Lori (Travis) Rupert, New Bremen, Lisa (David) Williams, New Bremen, David (Poncheena) Schwarck, New Knoxville, and Dennis (Kathy) Schwarck, St. Marys; a sister, Connie (Chuck) Overley, St. Marys; a brother, Harry (Jeannine) Schwarck, Celina; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are a stepfather, Joe Borges, and a brother, Dick Schwarck.
He graduated in 1958 from St. Marys Memorial High School and was retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co., St. Marys, where he had worked as a machinist.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial will follow at Pilger Ruhe Cemetery, New Knoxville.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
